You can change or cancel your booking with no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. To avoid a cancellation fee, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Absolutely! After booking, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation. You’ll also get login details for your Client Portal, where you can manage your appointment.

Yes, for recurring services, we strive to send the same cleaner for each visit to ensure consistency and familiarity with your preferences and home.

We serve the City of Toronto and most of the Greater Toronto Area. For locations outside the GTA, please contact us for a quote.

A credit card is required at the time of booking. We place a hold on the card two days prior to your appointment, with charges applied only after the cleaning is complete.

The number of cleaners depends on the booked hours: one cleaner for up to 4 hours, two cleaners for 5+ hours, and three cleaners for 9+ hours. They work together to split the total cleaning hours.

We do not clean human/pet waste, vermin infestations, exterior windows, or inaccessible areas. We focus on reachable areas and ensure everything is cleaned to your satisfaction.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We strive to meet realistic expectations set during the initial walkthrough.
